Designs By Xavier is birthed out of an Eight-Year-Old Boy Name Joseph, Told his father Bishop RS Walker, he wanted to create something so he could become rich and be a blessing to people less fortunate. Then he began to think, and T-Shirts came to his creative mind and Designs By Xavier was born.
